Danielle combines expertise in systems and processes with a powerful ability to build relationships and connect with people. With her skills in organization, collaboration, and integration, she is able to guide seemingly disparate projects and departments into a cohesive and effectively functioning whole.

Danielle assists in the management of Arnerich Massena’s daily operational practices, coordinating day-to-day departmental activities to ensure consistency and superior client service. She provides leadership and training as needed on office processes, platforms, and responsibilities.

Danielle’s experience in the finance industry spans more than nine years, during which she previously served as manager of Relationship Management, relationship manager, and business development specialist at M Financial Group.

Danielle earned a B.A. in international studies with a focus on international business from the University of Oregon.

Danielle is especially energized by undertaking the challenge of finding better ways to do things and working collaboratively to find solutions. She is always ready to step outside her comfort zone! Having spent a majority of her career in relationship management, she find fulfillment in helping her teammates and the firm’s clients thrive.
