Portfolio strategy doesn’t work unless all the transactions and operations run smoothly in the background; Julie Florence has served Arnerich Massena clients for more than eight years by ensuring that their trades are all managed accurately, delivering timely service with personal care and attention.

Julie provides operational services to high net worth and institutional clients, implementing and maintaining client investment portfolios by managing ongoing trading and transactions. She serves as team lead for the Portfolio Operations department, providing guidance and mentorship to the team while managing the group’s day-to-day workflow.

With investment industry experience spanning more than 15 years, Julie previously served as client services manager for Ameriprise Financial Services.

Julie Florence earned a Bachelor of Arts in mathematics from St. Olaf College, a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Washington University, and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota. She is an Enrolled Agent and Licensed Tax Consultant.

Providing consistent and thoughtful client service on a day-to-day basis is Julie’s highest priority, whether it involves answering client questions, problem solving, or assisting in the navigation of a life event.
