Katherine Fox believes in the power of philanthropy and the profound change it can inspire. She combines her passion with an intricate understanding of portfolio management and financial planning to empower clients in both their investment and their philanthropic endeavors.
Katherine serves as an investment advisor, developing and executing client investment programs and managing client portfolios. She also advises clients on all aspects of charitable giving and philanthropic strategy, working closely with high net worth individuals and families to develop a family legacy of giving, to help them become educated and involved donors, and to implement charitable giving plans. Additionally, she serves as a client resource for other financial planning and specialty areas including education funding, cash flow planning, wealth transfer, and tax planning.
Katherine previously managed individuals’ investment and trust relationships as part of The Private Bank at Wells Fargo, and worked as part of the corporate practice group in the Washington D.C. office of Mintz Levin, providing venture capital and mergers and acquisitions deal support for transactions in the cleantech and healthcare sectors.
Katherine Fox earned her B.A. cum laude from Barnard College. She is a current FINRA Series 65 license holder and is a Certified Financial Planner® and Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®). She serves on the advisory board for VertueLab’s Clean Tech Fund and is an active member of Ninety-nine Girlfriends.
Katherine has had a lifelong passion for philanthropy, which has driven her to acquire her specialty expertise in this area and develop philanthropic advising as a key part of Arnerich Massena’s service model. She thrives on helping families build long-term legacies by helping them understand generational wealth issues and incorporate their values into their investment strategy.
